Preparare il terreno per una sessione di gioco perfetta
1. Tutto sul coinvolgimento
Il nostro compito più importante come educatori e genitori è creare sessioni di gioco di qualità , essenziali per coinvolgere tutti i partecipanti. Basta un adolescente che non vuole giocare per trasformare le dinamiche del gruppo, quindi dobbiamo trovare giochi da tavolo che motivino tutti. La mia esperienza ha dimostrato che, se riusciamo in questo, possiamo creare un ambiente di apprendimento interattivo attraverso i giochi, in cui anche gli adolescenti, spesso difficili da coinvolgere, hanno maggiori probabilità di rimanere coinvolti.
2. Navigare negli interessi degli adolescenti
Valutare gli interessi, che possono spaziare dalla scienza e dalla tecnologia all’arte, alla musica e qualsiasi altra cosa, può essere un buon approccio. Il mondo dei giochi da tavolo moderni è molto vario e credo che esista un gioco adatto per ogni interesse. Forse la chiave è soddisfare interessi diversificati con giochi brevi, cambiandoli frequentemente e poi passando a un coinvolgimento più approfondito man mano che l’autoregolamentazione si rafforza all’interno del gruppo.
3. Il tempismo è tutto
Credo che dobbiamo inquadrare adeguatamente il nostro tempo dedicato al gioco da tavolo. Dovremmo dedicargli tempo ed energie. Anche se non giochiamo partite lunghe, possiamo comunque giocare frequentemente. Non affrettiamoci, prendiamola sul serio; questo va a vantaggio sia degli scopi educativi che di intrattenimento.
4. Alimenta il cervello
Le opinioni possono variare sull'opportunità di mangiare e bere a tavola mentre si gioca ai giochi da tavolo, ma è certo che parte di una sessione di gioco da tavolo dovrebbe implicare garantire un sano ringiovanimento. Stabiliamo le nostre regole, ma in modo da fornire ogni quadro necessario per un impegno di qualità .
5. Riflessione per il rinforzo
Non dovremmo concentrarci principalmente sulla realizzazione di tutti i modi in cui ci siamo sviluppati o di tutto ciò che abbiamo imparato. Dovremmo piuttosto utilizzare il dibattito sui giochi come mezzo per organizzare sessioni di giochi da tavolo sempre migliori e più attraenti per i giovani, rendendole più efficaci e coinvolgenti.
