Orange had a captured Blue piece on E2. Since the rule is that we can move from a leaf where we have the majority, Orange can take Blue along and create a 4-1 capture on E3, then place 1-1 piece on D1 and C2. Blue scores a point, but this is disadvantageous for them, because they now have 3 fewer pieces on the board, which Orange can exploit if played smartly.
