These Terms of Service govern your use of the PlayWise website at playwise.education and any purchases made through our store. By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to these terms.
1. About Us
PlayWise is operated by Orsi Szabo, an individual entrepreneur (autónomo) registered in Spain, trading under the name PlayWise.

2. Products
We sell digital products — including print-and-play card games and PDF guides — designed for educational and family use. All products are available for instant download upon purchase. No physical goods are shipped.
3. Payments
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. Your purchase is subject to Paddle's terms and conditions in addition to ours. Paddle handles billing, invoicing, and applicable taxes (including VAT for EU customers).
4. Right of Withdrawal
Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. However, by completing your purchase you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content, and you acknowledge that you thereby waive your right of withdrawal once the download has been made available, in accordance with Article 103(m) of the Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.
5. Refunds
Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, we generally do not offer refunds once a download link has been accessed. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchase, please contact us at dan@playwise.education and we will do our best to help.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website and within our digital products — including text, illustrations, game rules, and design — is the intellectual property of PlayWise (Orsi Szabo). You may use purchased products for personal or classroom use. You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute them without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our products are provided for informational and recreational purposes. PlayWise is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant product.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Spanish courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights under EU law.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted with an updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of the website or purchase of products after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
